Mary took over Natural Nails at the Westgate Plaza in Franklin NC in February 2023 and she and her family are the absolute best!!! I have been a customer of Mary's for several years now, when she owned Win Nails at Holly Springs Plaza and also for the short time she was working for another establishment. They do a fantastic job and the service is always exceptional. They are ALWAYS very friendly, patient, professional, and accommodating.
Thank you my friends at Natural Nails (Win Nails). And thank you to Miss Ana for being such a wonderful hand model today! I had to get a picture of her 4th of July nails when Mary was through with her manicure because they looked absolutely awesome!
I went to get a full set of acrylics and when I did I showed him a picture of ex what I wanted. He then cut them way to short and started filing I told him they were not what I wanted and he grabbed my hand and said "I'll file later" very rudely and instead of fixing it he put the acrylic on. My thumb nail looks like I fell and half of it got scraped off. These are the worst nails I've ever gotten so I have to go somewhere else to get them fixed never going back!
i went and got a full set here and they were the worst nails i've ever had!! none of my nails were the same length or the same shape and they were also very chunky. the guy that did my nails got acrylic all over my fingers and didn't even clean it off, i was very disappointed in this trip and will NOT be going back!
I visited this salon for the first time and was very disappointed with this nail salon and will not return. Very unfriendly (even disdainful) technicians - did not feel welcomed nor comfortable there. They wanted cash (told me their credit card machine did not work although their WIFI was fine!). They also stated that they had no plastic wrap for "wrap and go" customers.
Never been to this place seeing how I live 2 hrs away, but if I'm ever in Franklin and want my nails done this is not the place I will go..Got a phone call from this place from a woman who did not speak every good English being rude. She kept asking me what I wanted bc I called her. NO I sure didn't..Told her she had the wrong number and she wanted to argue with me that she didn't. That my number was on her..........??(i couldn't understand what she was saying) I was nice about it told her I couldn't understand her and that I believe she has the wrong number..She still wanted to argue that I called her. Finally I had to hang up on her bc she wouldn't stop....it was not even 10 in the morning. If someone tells you, You have the wrong number just say sorry and hang up..Don't argue with them. If this is the kind of treatment you give over the phone after you call the wrong number I would really hate to know how you treat your costumers that come into your business..
