Just ok. I went in to get a fill-in. It's a nice and clean space located in Belvedere Square. I went in on a Sunday. There were only two other clients there. I was able to be seated right away. I didn't even get a colored polish. I just got clear. After, leaving and the more I looked at the work I'm not completely satisfied. I don't like the lay of the acrylic. Undecided if I will give another try or just not return. The customer service was pretty good. I'll think about a return.
Awful! If I could, I would give this place zero stars. A five year old could do as good if not better than the guy who did my manicure. Terrible customer service. Incompetent. Also, the staff couldn't seem to get their stories straight about the price. That was the first clue that I should have run. Let this review be your first.
Loved my experience here! I used to come to this place when it was called Babylon and had a different owner, and they always messed my nails up or didn't make them look the way I wanted them to look. I was desperate the other day and walked-in 20 minutes before closing. Mia gave me a dip manicure and even added a cute design for Valentine's Day. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly she got me in and out. She also offered me water while I got my nails done. I'll definitely be back to get my nails done by Mia! I'm so glad that I didn't let my past experiences with the old salon stop me from going to NASA!
I had the most excellent experience here today! I was treated so special and time was taken with all the process! Thank you for making my day! I even went and purchased an ankle bracelet after to show off my pedicure! And I'm 66 years old lol!
I would not recommend going here. I got my nails done five days ago, and this is what they look like. Not only is the gel polish chipping, but when I was getting my nails done, the tech filed my nail so much it started bleeding. Today is the first day that I have been able to wash my hands without pain from that nail.
