I walked in at 6:19 needing a gel fil. I was turned around because the man said they were getting ready to close. I asked what time did they close he said 7:00pm. In 41 minutes you are closing. Ok, went down the street to Posh nails and they are always packed way more than this place. I was welcomed and seated immediately. So yeah I will not be back to Nailsville
I'd like to start off by saying Sophia was great and very kind to my sister with special needs! I couldn't have gotten a better experience from her.
My nail tech, Danny, was incredibly rude however. He was rough and pulling on my arms, he was rude and gave me multiple dirty looks, and didn't even finish cleaning up the French manicure. It doesn't even look good, but I didn't bother saying anything as his service was already terrible.
Sophia always is great, but he was incredibly rude and definitely wasn't worth 37.50 for this manicure. Plenty of other places near by to go to and be treated with respect!
Went in and wasn't even greeted. Nail tech argued with what I wanted and spoke loudly to the nail tech next to them. Nothing about it was relaxing and I was on the verge of tears when I saw the end result. I planned on arguing but I already had multiple times. It's been 10 days and my nails are already chipping and grown out. Normally I have a good experience here but the past few times have been horrible.
My mother and me went, and they did horrible. Firstly, they made us wait about 20 minutes before they even did our nails, usually I can dismiss this but they weren't even busy, only four other costumers. Secondly, they cut my mothers toenails way too short, even when she asked them to stop, they didn't. She had to pull her feet away to actually stop them. I would definitely never recommend going here.
I think the techs do a good enough job on the service but the salon is dirty all the time. I've gotten my nails done here regularly for the past few months hoping I'd see a change but I don't. Every time I come in the nail tables have nail clippings and dirt and grime and trash. It doesn't look like they clean between clients or regularly at all. I watched someone finish a pedi and they just changed the liner between guests, but didn't sanitize or wipe anything down, which, still needs to be done regardless of the liner. The drill bits are disgusting and look like they've never ever been cleaned. This would be the perfect place if it was clean.
