I gave it one star for the bad job they did to me and my mother. because they charged us $150 dollars very expensive and the work was lousy. Because they didn't even cut my nails and they didn't glue them well. I went back to have them fixed since it is supposed to have a one-week guarantee but they did not want to fix them. Because they said that my nails grow everyday and my nails don't grow a lot they take a long time and I even called them the next day to tell them that I need for them to fix it but they didn't want to fix it.
Terrible! I asked the her to be gentle on my damaged nail multiple times. She kept saying she forgot. Procedes to hurt my damaged nail by filing over the wound and put paint over the wound and add four more cuts as she aggressively clipped my cuticles. My fingers were sore for the rest of the day. I hope someone reads this and stays away as I should have read the reviews before coming here as a walk in.
This was my first time coming here and my overall experience was a 9/10. The wait was about 10-15 mins since I was a walk-in customer. When I was sat down the lady Vanessa asked me what I would like and she was glad to make it happen. While doing my nails she asked me if I liked the shape or if it hurt, basically just checking up on me. When she finished my nails she made sure I like them and if I wanted to change anything up, but I was happy with my nails. The price was cheap compared to other salons, I only paid $50 for them, where somewhere else I probably would have paid around $60-65. I personally would recommend Vanessa, since she was the person who did my nails.
I love it here, it's so nice they also remodeled! I have my favorite nail tech and her name is Vanessa she is amazing! Great work! Definitely recommend her!
Nail salons open on Sundays are hard to find, so I came here. There was no wait at all. It seemed like maybe the woman that took me was freelancing. She said she didn't normally work there, and struggled with the dirty equipment. The UV light didn't work. Instead of asking how I wanted my nails, she assumed short and square and made them that way. By the time I said something, it was too late. Nails were filed crooked and the finished product was messy, even after I asked her twice to fix it. The gel mani wasn't cheaper than nicer salons, but the quality was far worse. It was the biggest waste of $27. I could have done my own better than this "professional".
