Look at the other reviews here and know there are consistent issues here. I used to work in a salon myself and would never do services this way.
Overall good experience.... Spa pedicure was amazing... hot stones topped it off. I got french tips on my toes but the lines didn't really match up the only downside was that I got a manicure with gel dip... and didn't receive the manicure part. Maybe I should have specified that I would want my cuticles pushed back and clipped. I felt like it was rushed through..
I have been going here for almost two years now. Unable to have a permanent appointment for a fill every time I usually call short notice to ask either for that day or the next. Very rarely does it not work. I use pedicure time for some quiet and nodding off, so I was relieved that I do not have to keep up conversation (think Hairsalon lol), but could just relax.
The salon is clean, well taken care off, a husband and wife team with occasional help. All the utensils are sterilized between use, as tables, chairs etc. are being sanitized between clients.
I like french manicure and once in a while a pedicure, had some "acrylic" nails done in S. C. a couple years back and liked it. When I came back home to Vermont they needed to be re done. However the owner of Nailstyle convinced me to use Gel Nails instead. I have never looked back since. I use my hands heavily, the nails also take a good beating here and there. The nails hold up well, so does the polish. I do not like the bright white from a french manicure so they spend some time looking for just the right gel polish I like and hit it right on. I am obviously very happy there after two years frequenting this salon. Would love if they could add massage to their offerings as well. One stop shop!
The team does a really good job and have also remodeled the salon since I have started coming, making it a whole lot more inviting.
If i could give This place negative stars I would. They stole $120 from my friend. They have poor service, and they don't take responsibility for their mistakes. They have one nice employee there who I don't mind. The younger girl. She isn't always polite but you can tell she is treated like a dog by the other employees.
