The day staff is great I would give them a 5
But the night staff are like kids!The man pictured above talked about me the entire time I was there. I got a manicure as I was getting my pedicure the girl that did the manicure says to me go wash your hands.... ummmmm I'm in the middle of a pedicure ma'am. She then gets a bowl of water, wasted it on me and never polished my nails. I didn't remind them because I was over them and their unprofessional behavior.
Don't go to Tom he rush and doesn't get the job done so go to Candy. Candy takes her time and does everything you ask her to do but Tom he just doesn't know how to do acrylics in my head because I got mine done on a Wednesday and here it is Friday already chipping
Horrible place to go for nails I went there last Saturday an spent $88 on my nails nd toes they did okay on my toes but my gel nails are horrible i have very long nails of my own an there was 3 nails broke so they put a few fake ones on but when I tell u the acrylic was done horribly I mean it really was so I went back Monday for them to file them down the son did but didn't polish them so you know they are messed up. I also have two cracked nails and all and these are my real nails. Will not recommend anyone to go here for nails.
This isn't my usual nail salon anymore, but most of the employees here do a good job. Compared to the other nail salons in town, this salon has more options and a bigger place. They have two sides for pedicures-one for regular and the other is for more expensive ones. They also offers facials and waxing, but I have not tried that. The young woman here does cute nail designs. I do not recommend the older man-he's slow and does not do a good job. He sometimes cuts your toenails too short and can make them bleed-that's happened to my friend at least twice. My only real complaint is that sometimes you cannot understand what they're saying, but they're very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend this place for pedicures and if you want something more than the other salons in the area.
I will never visit this salon again. Very unprofessional. I've been getting my nails done for years. When this place messes up they make it your fault. Wasted to much time and money. Your better off driving to Durham.
