It's very hard to find a good nail salon while traveling the country so I get happy when I find one. I called yesterday and got an appointment for today at 1:30 for a gel pedicure. I showed up right on time. The salon was clean and everyone seemed busy. A very nice gentleman greeted me right away, told me to pick a color and guided me to one of the pedicure chairs. He did one of the best pedicures I've had in awhile. I'm very happy with how my toenails look and really enjoyed the long massage he gave me. The price was also right - $45. I highly recommend this nail salon.
This is my favorite nail salon in Springfield! Everyone is so nice and polite. Rose does my nails and she ALWAYS does a fantastic job! I asked her to do a special Valentines Day nails and I loved how cute it turned out! 10/10 recommend
Had such a great experience at Nails Plus! Called in the morning and they were able to fit me in despite having an obviously busy day. Everyone was extremely friendly and Annie did great work filling my acrylics and my shellac paint. Will definitely return!
Wow! Best pedicure I have had in ages! According to the gentleman at the front desk, they only offer one standard pedicure, but is it ever full service! And the price can't be beat. Had trim, callous removal, sugar scrub, massage, lotion and polish for $35. He did not scimp on the massage time and I truly was impressed with the value and quality of the service. Will definitely be back :-)
I decided to try this salon when a client told me she has gone to Nails Plus for years and absolutely loves the salon. I was not that impressed. The staff were NOT welcoming, they did not even acknowledge me when I entered. The pedicure was ok, nothing spectacular but my toe polish looks great. The man who did my manicure was very rude and grumpy. He seemed angry that he had to do my manicure. He didn't soak my nails or cuticles at all! He didn't even have me wash my hands before putting the polish on! Nope. I was not impressed.
