Nails Express Inc. in Glasgow, KY

I went there to get my nail tips removed. They sanded  them down, and did their thing. I thought well they are not very smooth, so I said something to the girl. She just mumbled something and smiled. I still had hope that they would work out just fine. Anyway, they were polished and I glanced at them, I thought ok, it will be ok. Before the afternoon got there, the roughness, (left on glue and artificial nail) was ridiculous! My nails were sanded so thin, they have just broken right off. I have worn artificial nails on and off for 30 years. I know after they are taken off your nails have to grow out and may be rough. But I tell you people, this was a hack job! I hate to put it that way, but it was a $27.00 mess. I could have bit them off and they would have looked better. It was my time first there and my last time. I should have stuck with my normal salon! I will say they were nice, clean environment, & the vibe was fine. Maybe the techs were new, maybe they were having a bad bad day. I don't know, but I will not go back.

Very clean and super nice technicians! Pedicure was so relaxing and came out really nice. Manicure was also really good. My daughter was very nervous about having her feet touched and her tech made her feel more comfortable. My daughter and I will definitely be back!

This place is horrible customer service.  The setting was nice but service was horrible. I want the dip for my nails but was pushed into getting the umbre instead. When shaping my nails the thumb nail was awkward and miss shaped. I was not happy and told the nail tech. Her response was "I should not have listened to you to cut them shorter"   Really I just want this visit to be over and done. The lady was rude and pushy. I was supposed to have a pedicure also but after my nails I didn't want them to do the pedicure and when it came time for the pedicure part SHE said she didn't want to do it. I thought this was really rude but very relieved we were both in agreement. I paid for the service and left.  So if you love pushy people talking you into things you don't want or if you enjoy being treated badly then this is the place for you. I will never go back and very happy about that!

The facility is very nice.  I loved the plastic liners they put in the pedicure tubs. Also, their  instruments were in sterilized packages. Unfortunately. this is one of the worst pedicures I've ever had.  When I got home I noticed my heels still had dry rough skin on them.  The girl that did my pedicure did not spend much time on my heels which is the reason I went in for a pedicure in the first place. The nail polish was smeared in several places. I paid more than I usually pay as well.  I called the manager and he didn't seem to give a hoot so, needless to say, I will not be back in this nail salon.

Nails Express is the best nail salon in Glasgow.  Le has a great attitude and is always willing to help when you need it.
