What is there to say they do amazing work definitely 10 across-the-board. I love me some Tammy. The vibe is definitely peaceful and serene, and the service requested always attend.

Go with Tammi, you won't regret it. Her attention to detail is amazing and I know I can be picky but she's very patient with me. I show her pictures with what I wanted and it's honestly very rarely something simple. Their pedicures are also always great and very relaxing. These are some of the sets Tammi has done.

This place is the worst!! I've been getting my nails done for years and I know what to expect. The service and overall skill of this salon is really bad. The day after I had my nails done the black of my black tips started peeling off on my acrylic nails. That should never have happened unless the products were expired. I was told they could fix my nails but that would weaken them. I just want my money back tbh. I didn't get what I paid for. I'm highly disappointed. Please do not go here. Definitely not worth the time, money or aggravation.

I was in the neighborhood so decided to go on Mother's Day 2023 to pamper myself. Everything was fine until they tried to discourage me from getting a light color for my pedicure. I didn't understand why they were telling me that I shouldn't get the color that I selected and the lady had the nerve to tell me that it wouldn't look good on my complexion. I was so shocked because I've never had anyone say that to me before. I did get the color but was so offended. The girl servicing me didn't say this to me. It was another woman that worked there that did this. I will never go back. I'm giving a 2 star because the girl working on my toes did a decent job.

Nails express in Pottstown is absolutely the best!!! There is never a wait you can book your appointment online and they also take walk-in's they are always prompt and on time and if you do walk in for service the wait is never long. It is a very welcoming atmosphere, as soon as you walk in the door you are always pleasantly greeted and if you are a regular you are always pleasantly greeted by name and asked what services you would like to have done, they have a very wide range of colors and services. The spa pedicure is absolutely amazing!!! They all work as a team and you can see they love their job, everyone is always happy, Patient, and never makes you feel rushed, they truly care if you leave happy!!! A special thank you to my girl Miss Tammi who always does my nails!!! I appreciate you :) You're patient and honest, and fun, thank you for helping me to venture out of my normal, you truly are a master at your craft, I always leave happy. You are the best!!!
