i came in to get acrylic nails , i asked for hot pink , well i went to dry my nails and they just started crumbling so i told the lady i wanted a different color and i got told that i was being "smart" , they then gave me just black nails and they are still bumpy and just all in all not a good experience, i was told "i'm not a mind reader i do nails"

They get zero stars for having poor business skills. As an entrepreneur myself, I know my clients deserve my upmost respect. If they are the last place ever open, I'll have natural nails.
I had a friend nail date scheduled with my same friend but I didn't request Tony for myself who always does my nails. So they put us on opposite sides of the room. I asked to please be able to at least sit by my friend. I could understand the Tony thing, but their lack of empathy or effort to work with us by at least letting us sit by each other as we always have told me they don't need or appreciate my business. They must have too much of it. I've seen them switch around before. It's the little things. So I left.
Went here to get a set of acrylics after having a bad experience at another local nail salon because I heard they were nice and did good nails. I went and asked for just a set of acrylics and the lady that initially started working on my nails put glue on and sent me to another lady.. Both the ladies that dealt with me seemed agitated and For some reason, they ended up doing tips and dip?? Which would have been okay if I hadn't been overcharged and my nails were so thick, they looked horrible... I won't go back here.. It was worse..
