I get my nails done often and this was my worst experience at any nail salon. The nail tech was insulting; he said "ew" to my real nails, told me to keep drying my nails because my "hand hella sweaty" and many other rude comments. He made two of my fingers bleed and most of my nails look terrible and are crooked. To add grossness to the insult and injuries, he burped in my face. I attempted to call and resolve this since I live 30min away, and I was told they won't fix it and to go write a review somewhere. 0/10 would only reccomend to my worst enemy
I've been going to nail Envy on and off for years! Every single time I've had a wonderful experience. I think it's because I'm always transparent about what I want. The last time I was in they gave me the best manicure/pedicure I could have asked for. I brought in my own nail polish and requested they use that. They shaped my nails perfectly and they still look perfect even a week later!
I've been going here 1 or 2 times a month for the last 6 months and each time I am happy with my nails. They have helped me with keeping my nails strong and looking great. I bring all my girlfriends here when they are up visiting and all them have also been thrilled with their results.
My sister and I went in to get pedicures which I had gift cards for from 2017. They told me since it was the prior owner they couldn't honor anything more than a year ago which is a load of crap. The gal that had purchased the place didn't care to honor it at all and lost two customers in the process of it.
