I've been going to Nails Allure for a year now, and the quality of work from each nail tech- particularly Jason is absolutely incredible work especially for the price point. The whole team is dedicated to preserving great customer service and satisfaction. A big shout out to Andrew for being an owner who not only checks in, but is consistently looking out for client care and support! Also the nails are AMAZING! Book with Andrew, Ann, Jason, Trish or anyone in between and you'll be sure to walk out with some bomb nails!

Ann does beautiful work and is so good about making sure you're happy. Definitely go there. Everyone is very nice and helpful.

After spending 3 hours in the nail salon to get a gel mani and pedi (the gel mani took extremely long and they didn't have what I originally wanted) my nails chipped off within 2 days. I was in town visiting from California for the weekend and called them within the week to let them know that my nails had been peeling off, breaking and that my pedicure looked like someone had scraped my polish off. This has never happened to me before. I called and asked for a credit back so that my mother could use it because I was out of town and that I could send them all of the pictures showing what my nails looked like since I could not physically come back in. I had to call multiple times to speak with the owner and then he called me back. He was rude with a very disrespectful tone that I had to let him know that I didn't call to argue and was not going to tolerate that. He then apologized and stated that he would give me a credit for my mani/pedi and to have my mother come into the salon, ask for him and he'll take care of her. Well my mother went into the salon, they charged her an additional $20 over the $65 credit he told me that I had. The owner also lied and stated that he never spoke to me about this credit. LIES LIES LIES and more LIES. As a black woman, I am so bored with supporting establishments that do not respect our dollars. I will not be supporting them and the women in my family who bought me to this establishment will not be either. Your dollar matters and you should spend it in establishments that respect it and their work.

This was my first time coming here and I absolutely love my nails. usually I'm picky when it comes to shape and everything of my nails but I'm obsessed with the way it came out. My sister goes here too and loves it as well. Highly recommend!
