Not the same place as it used to be. First of all, if you don't have an appointment, don't bother. They begrudgingly "fit me in" then rushed everything, did a terrible job , and essentially ignored me the rest of the time. It's difficult to communicate because of the language barrier. Customer service used to be excellent here, but not anymore, because they used to be gentle, kind, and attentive, but now they are just grumpy and inattentive. I got a mani/pedi and the girl was so rough she made many of my cuticles bleed. The guy doing my pedicure snarled at me when I asked for a design. The polish they use is old and dried out so they add something to it to make it usable but mine started peeling off my fingernails really bad the day after the visit. I guess it's time to find a new nail place to go to, which makes me sad because this one is closer to me.

So I went here to get acrylic nails and Disney designs, I had asked what color polish would look good on me and the owner that was there at the time called me racist because I asked that question. I'll never go back there again

This is the worst manicure ever!! My daughter wasn't satisfied with her mani/ Pedi either! Between the both of us we paid 175.00
Not worth it!! Don't go here! The lady cut my cuticle too much and it bled. I pointed to what she did and she ignored it! Needless to say I had to come home and take care of it. 4 days later, it's finally healing.
The lady I had didn't do a good job on my pedicure either. My cuticles weren't cut properly. There's a lot of rough edges and my toe nails weren't cut short enough. Just like the manicure all of my fingers we not properly manicured!
I'm so unsatisfied and the service it was disgusting.
I wouldn't even give it a 1. Sorry that I can't provide photos.

Went for a full acrylic set today with my mom! They seated us next to each other which was nice (sometimes salons don't do that and it makes me crazy). I asked for a simple black French tip and they turned out great! The lady doing my nails was gentle and kind and I could tell she was doing her best to make them look nice. I will be returning!

Some of the ladies do a great job, but don't expect a smile or a friendly conversation at this establishment. It feels like a sweat shop of kidnapped workers. Especially by the owners. They speak to the workers and each other in Vietnamese only and it sounds like orders. This place has been in business for a long time yet no one speaks English? I wish they would learn to carry on a conversation with their clients.
