NAILS & SPA in Geneva, NY

GO ELSEWHERE!!! I have been treated rudely here several times, they are pushy and condescending. I stopped tonight 2 hours before they closed, and even though there is a clear "walk-ins accepted" sign, they refused me service when they had an empty waiting room. The front desk man accepted 2 women for pedicures right in front of me before turning me away. Try viva nails down the road.... Excellent service and fantastic nails. I went there after nail perfection refused me, and I won't go elsewhere in the area.

How RUDE!!! This salon is SO SLOW had me waiting 25 mins so i left then returned 10 mins later when I return bc you where taking so long you then take another customer. ATTENTION STAFF PLEASE NOTIFY patrons if they have to wait. One Asian girl was doing her own feet while a patiently waited the other got up and went back to eat WHATEVER... Who knows??? Then I decided to walk to Big Lots to cool off come back and this Employee is waiting on another customer. I almost lost it COMPLETLY!!! I hate that they pretend to not understand ENGLISH when its convenient for them. Well guess what... ALL of you lost approximately $150 today bc of ALL of ur staff's actions. #UGH Next time explain to a customer why they have to wait so I don't waste 50 mins out of my day. And besides You guy had THREE people in the ENTIRE facility. But 8 employees in the building. Go FREAK 'IN FIGURE. I'm paid for my friend and you get NO TIP. So TODAY I RATE you ONE STAR!!!!

DO NOT STOP HERE! Even when when you make an appointment they make you wait and are not honest with how long it will be. We left after we were treated rudely and heard another lady was told 20 minutes and had been waiting 1 hour. They need to change who deals with customers, honor reservations and be realistic with time. We went to Viva Nails down the road and were very happy.

Their pink and white french nails are BULLETPROOF! Downside? they don't take debit/credit cards.
