I absolutely love this salon, I have been going for a couple months now and will forever be back. It is the one salon I have found in the Dublin area with the best prices for what you get. My dipped nail powder stays on for at least three weeks and my nails grow out before they ever chip there. Many Dublin locations, the quality just isn't there with the prices you have to pay, but you will be extremely happy coming to Nailbox, the owners did an amazing job decorating it. It has the cutest vibe and cutest staff, they all work so well together and feel like they all take their time and I never feel rushed. I always get that feeling elsewhere. Thanks Nailbox for everything you do!!
Super convenient location to the many communities in the area (our neighborhood and several others are right across the street). I love the new modern aesthetic of the space and the comfortable chairs. I have been a loyal customer since they opened and plan to continue! I bite my nails pretty bad and May always does a great job fixing them back up and my gel still somehow manages to last 3 weeks. Another huge perk is their huge selection of colors- gel, regular, dip including OPI and they are all organized so it's easy to find what you're looking for. Their prices are standard and I feel like I get a lot of value!
Incredibly surprised by the bad reviews. Let me say start off by saying that I've been getting my manis/pedis done since I was a teenager (many years ago) in New York and have since lived in Philly, DC and Chicago so I'm quite confident in my abilities to asses a nail salon in various cities in various price ranges and experience levels. Yes Nailbox is a newer small business and they started during a crazy time in the labor market. However in my opinion they strive to make the customer happy and use quality product. I had been so excited since the storefront was put up and since they opened I've had stellar service from the ease of appointments to professionalism and kindness. I only have gotten gel mani and pedi but I've been there while others have been getting more complex services and from what I could tell, the customers seem to be regulars and happy. During the holidays I also saw a few men come in to buy gift cards. By the way it's very clean, bright atmosphere too.
