SUCKSSSSSSS SO DAMN MEAN. Got laughed at and made fun of the whole time, my nails are sore as hell and they barely gave me what I wanted. Saw beautiful designs on their website, and what did I get? Some half assed flowers I got upcharged for. God I hate nail salons.

This was a great place!  I got a pedicure for only $30, Great costumer service.  Almost fell asleep!  I was in a rush to get to an birthday party and they did it so quick.  Overall great place I will be coming back, I also recommend!

I came in on a Friday afternoon and asked if they had time for a walk-in as I wanted my acrylic nails removed and I wanted a manicure afterwards. They said they had time but I waited forty minutes before anyone addressed me again. After that they started filing away the top layers of the acrylics when another employee came over and started trying to get me to get a polish change or a fill in for the acrylics instead of removing them. When I said I wanted them removed again, she started questioning me as to why I wouldn't want to keep them, as if they why even matters. When I told her why, she just walked away without saying anything. So then they started removing the acrylics... by just taking a new extension and SHOVING it between my nail bed and the acrylic. This was SUPER painful and I even groaned in pain a few times without even an acknowledgement from the employee that something was wrong. There was no acetone soaking to break down the bonding or materials and this process ruined my nails. Half of the nails were broken afterwards, which would have been fine if they had actually paid attention to filing them afterwards. I had chunks of nail still hanging off of my nails and I had to keep stopping him from moving on because they were clearly still broken. Also, when they tried to smooth the surface of the nail, he went so hard and deep that my nail bed was actually starting to show and it was extremely painful. It got to the point where I just told them to stop, paid their standard fee for acrylic removal and went to the store next door to by polish and finish my nails at home.

I will NEVER come back and I count myself lucky for having the sense to leave before even more damage was done.

I absolutely do NOT recommend this place. They have horrible service. My lady was on FaceTime the whole time, and when i walked in all the workers were on their phones with their shoes off. Completely unprofessional. I was told I couldn't get a refill, even though I had never had that issue before. She was rough with my hands, and left my hands so dirty with black stains from the powder. My nails are completely messed up, they are crooked, bumpy, have bubbles, uneven, sharp, and are not consistent. I wasted $50 on these, and I have an important event tomorrow. Save your nails, do NOT come here.

they usually do my nails pretty good, however the ladies here are mean as fuck!!! they're not only rude, but they pay more attention to their phones and things like that than doing nails.
