This was literally the worst shop I have ever been to. I asked for square and rounded, and that is not what I got. I had to remind the nail tech at station 6 that my nail was crooked. My nails are bulky and not smooth at all and to top it all of I literally argued with one of the guys about whether or not I was going to leave a tip! He said he was going to put it on there and I said no sir, very politely, and he still kept going about a tip!! Terrible service and very unsanitary. I will NOT be going back, I wish anyone who goes here the best of luck because this shop was definitely not it.
Family welcomed me into their shop, had a pedicure, no manicure. Young lady was very kind, unfortunately pedicure was thick and messy. I paid an extra one dollar (no biggie) for fast drying drops but the polish was so thick that the polish took a long time to dry. I went back to work in my flip flops bc the polish was so thick. She didn't clean up the polish around the skin, just used her nails in attempts to get it off the skin. Did not look like a fresh, professional pedi, very kind people but not my spot for a pedicure.
Just came for a pedicure for me, my friend and her 10 year old daughter. The service is great. Would recommend.
I have been to this salon many times over the years because it is local. However, I have problems every time I go. At my last visit I got a Mani Pedi and only two days later both were chipping. The only outstanding feature of the salon is the Pedicure wax treatment. During every visit the manager forces you to tip the employees. Would not recommend.
I've been to this salon twice . First time I walked in the fumes from the products was very strong so maybe they can work on better ventilation. But OUTSTANDING customer service. They make sure your comfortable and can communicate in English. Good gel manicures and pedicures. What sets them apart is their friendliness. One thing I don't care for is they charge for gel polish removal . Most salons don't charge if you're getting gel polish again. Overall good experience.
