do not go here. horrible service. the people who work here are nasty and unprofessional. went for a basic manicure, had to go home and re-shape my nails myself. a bad experience for sure.

Extremely overpriced! I paid $50 for a gel pedicure. $50!!! Never again and I'm sick that I even spent that much on a pedicure. My gel polish change was also overpriced at $25. My salon in Philadelphia usually charges $35 for a pedicure and $18 for a gel polish change and the atmosphere and the service is 10x better than what I received at NailTrix.

I have been going to this nail salon for the last 4 years and the techs always do a beautiful job. I do often have to wait a bit of time as a walk-in, but they do provide appointments if you prefer. I think that their prices are fair and they offer a variety of services. I don't agree with the lower ratings as I have only had pleasant experiences at this salon over the past 4 years. Anytime I go somewhere else I am not happy.

This is by far the worst nail salon I have ever been to! The customer service is disgusting and rude! 3 people worked on my full set of acrylic nails. After an entire year of not putting tips on I decided to go to Nail Trix because I just moved to Scranton, PA and boy do I regret it! I had the acrylic tips on only 17 days and I decided to remove the polish off myself and I noticed underneath the clear acrylic there was a stain in my nails. So I popped off the acrylic and that stain turned out to be nail fungus on both of my hands and on 7 fingers. Thank god I took them off when I did. So I then decided to go back to the nail salon to see what they could do about the fungus. When I politely asked the gentleman can I speak to him on the side he very rudely told me what's the problem! So I then explained the situation while there were customers there so they can be notified of the disgusting place. He then tried to say it was my fault and for me to go to a pharmacy and buy fungus cream. I would never recommend anyone to go to this place and they should be shut down for not sanitizing their tools and their poor customer service. Do yourself the favor and don't go to this nail salon because you will get fungus. I later found out several woman in the neighborhood had the same exact fungus issues with Nail Trix.
