I went to have acrylic nails removed. The tech literally ripped my acrylics off. He cut them with cuticle cutters then peeled them off with his finger nail. He made my nails a horrible mess. He did everything you are not supposed to do when you remove acrylics. My nails are brittle and full of ridges now. It was the most unprofessional service I have ever had at any nail salon.
Very rude! An unpleasant and irritating experience. I paid 75$ for the nail. I made a reservation at 6:30, I arrived at 7:00, and begin at 7:30. After 2 hours it almost done, but the nail looks a little bit dirty, so I asked why. The men from the store come to me and begin to yell then ask me to call the police. So I did. When the police come, another said I am lied about the time and the whole thing. It is ridiculous, I didn't come here to look for trouble, I just want to get my nails done. Anyway, I still paid for this terrible service. And when I ask a sorry from the man who yelled at me, he refused and start to take a video of me and maybe try to pretend I am the one who is rude after all the thing happened.
I love this salon. They take appointments and you can almost always make one the same day. The prices are reasonable and the couple that owns it are always pleasant to deal with. This is a much more customer friendly salon than others in this town!
This nail place is great I had a great experience! All the workers we're very welcoming and kind yes they don't speak English well but over all it was great my nails we're incredible. I recommend michelle or mike they are great!
I came to this location to get acrylics. Ive never had my nails look this horrible. Ive been getting them done off and on for over 8 years at many different places. When I went back to explain that I didnt like them and asked if there was anything they could do, they stated that there was nothing they could do. I wouldn't suggest a mani/pedicure either. I noticed the tools being placed back to be reused without being washed/sanitized.
