Very disappointed customer!! I even gave the tech a nice tip after the second visit and she looked so angry as she was redoing my nails. She chose the cheapest gel polish to redo my nails with. I'll never go back! She was the owner of the shop.

Very disappointed in this salon messed up a family member of mine nails twice! On top of that Angela the nail tech is so rude and says she is booked but is sitting on her phone inside the establishment smh I will not be back this is so embarrassing I had gave y'all 5 stars but back to 1 star. I will not be back very sad and embarrassed....

Denied me of services at their opening time of 10am because they had an appointment coming in. She never said what time to come back, poor customer service. I just needed one repair

I came in for pedi. Because of the pandemic, they are mostly operating on appointments only. I appreciate that they wiggled me in. I love the pedi that I got from the gentleman working here. He was super nice and friendly to talk to; down to earth. Each staff member was friendly and spoke to me. I really like the staff. The only reason why I am giving them 3 stars is because the price I paid was to much. The nail shop I usually go to provides a hot rock message, special gels/ lotions while I don't recall even getting location put on my legs here. I would go back but this is a basic pedi at deluxe prices.

if i could give negative 5 stars i would. If you like to be overcharged for your nail tech to argue with you and nails to look bad and gel begin to peel within days THEN GO HERE! BY ALL MEANS!  this place is a joke. Poor customer service, techs are rude & inexperienced in not just latest techniques but the basics. I asked the girl soung my fill in to repair a nail. When she put a tip on she put it on crooked. When i saw it I asked her to fix it. She told me "its okay" and proceeded to ignore my request. If im paying for this service, i want it to look decent. I ask her again to please fix it and she again told me "its okay" this time with an attitude. Then i pulled my hand away and ask if she saw how crooked it was. She looked at her manager spoke to her (something not english so idk what it was) but then the manager screwed up her face and spoke to me like i didnt hear the first time, saying  "its ok she fix it later" i said theresno fixing it the nail itself will come out at an angle/ crooked if the template for it (the tip) is placed crooked. I asked if i should go somewhere else. At that point i should have. She finally took the tip off and replaced it correctly. After brushing on the gel polish the tech doing my nails had her next appointment show up. She rushed through the rest of the process and in doing so a nail came out with dents & lines thru the gel. She acted like she didnt see it, trying to send me on my way and when i showed her she huffed and puffed and ask me so you want me to fix it? Lady are you serious?? " an you wait till i done with her?" No i can't!. ??!!
I do hair, and our potocol is regardless of if you are running late for an appointment You take care of the client you have in ur chair. Smh i am sorry i ever went to this salon. Dont make the same mistake!
