Very disappointed! Been by to schedule an appointment 4 times and been told every time they are very busy. Never any offer to schedule on a different day.
Did a horrible job on my nails. They didn't even trim my nails before putting the acrylics on and I asked for the "coffin" shape for my acrylics. It was done so poorly that if I held my hand out it was obvious that they weren't even and some nails were glued on crooked.
Horrible service. Went in for a pedicure and a manicure on a Sunday when supposedly they have specials for $22.00. Not only did they not cut my nails, remove my old nail polish, but the also cut my big toe. After asking to fix my nails I was treated very poorly by the staff. For the manicure I asked for a normal length matte nail. There is no matte finish to the nails and they cared an extra $5. When it came to pricing they kept arguing and trying to charge me $30 on the disastrous pedicure even though the price was listed at $22 plus the tools that you have to buy for them to use (buffer, file,pumice) which is an extra $3. My toe still hurts because if the hack job they did. Save your money and don't go. Don't believe me? Here are some pictures.
Zero stars if I could.. Save yourself and go somewhere else. Horrible service.
