Nail Spa Salon in Salem, MA

I have no idea why this place isn't packed. Jackie is amazing. She's down to earth, friendly and does an amazing job doing nails. The prices here are affordable compared to other salons, and they really put time and effort into the service. Not making you feel rushed. GO HERE!!

Horrible gel manicure. I got gel manicure and it literally lasted 6 days (elsewhere always lasts at least 2 weeks) . Really disappointing and I will not be returning.

My friend and I went to get our acrylics done, when asking about how long we wanted them and how we wanted them shaped I got yelled at by the woman doing my nails for explaining what I wanted. She told me to stop saying it and that she knows what she's doing. She ended up making them a lot shorter than I wanted and not even remotely the shape I wanted. My friends person rushed through what she could then left half way through and she had to wait for there to be another lady to finish the job. They all rushed through the job and they looked absolutely awful. There was acrylic all over my skin that was still attached to my nail and they were very clumpy and uneven. The nails we not even on for a week and a half by the time they started popping off. In addition they didn't cut our nails or clean our cuticles up at all. I would not recommend going to get your nails done here even if there was nowhere else to go. I would wait till there's an opening somewhere else.

Dont get fooled by their specials. They will say yes to everything on phone and once you get there, they will charge extra for their services and then say they dont really understand english very well and hence it was a miscommunication on the phone! Happened to me on three different occasions and to my friend. Not going back ever!

My technician in Saugus who I usually see couldn't take me so I came here for a pedicure. It felt so rushed. She just slobbed the nail polish on my toes and never even gave me a message. I do not recommend this place; save your money
