While our manicure and pedicure are ok, the salon is filthy. So much nail dust everywhere. Furniture is torn and also very dirty. Could not get out of there fast enough. I wish I would have read the other reviews before going there.
I went in there excited about getting my feet done & a fill. I made an appt ahead of time. I was very clear about what I wanted & they said they understood. The 2 of them were overwhelmed, bothered by requests, demanded we find our own powder & colors in the back of the store, rude as heck like we are supposed to know. By this point I'm too far into the process to walk. My pedicure was rushed, terrible cuticle trim. Cut too deep or not at all. My fill was also so rushed & rough she kept burning me with the nail files. Then at the end the prices on the wall were NOT what I ended up being charged. Whole experience was ridiculous.
Very nice young man that works there for his parents. Paid $42 (without tip) for a gel pedicure. A little steep of a price for a smaller town. However good conversation and I like the job he did.
Besides the woman being grumpy...my nails are lumpy, uneven, globbed polish. It appears she couldn't follow the current shape. She just did what she wanted. My nails went from elegant to crap.
The worst pedicure I've ever had. Extremely rude owner and his wife and just terrible customer service. Nobody else in the store and they rushed through in less than 30 minutes-and that included the foot soak. Paid $56 for 2 pedicures that look like a toddler painted them. Tried to keep our business local, but we will never go back sadly.
