Just no. Disgustingly disappointing. Awful experience! Rude "nail techs" if you could even call them that! XD This place is an absolute embarrassment, this place is an absolute disgrace. I'm actually surprised they aren't out of business! My nails were uneven and chipped and they can't even do basic designs. I mean seriously you have one job and you aren't even good at it. I won't even go in to how unbelievably unprofessionally uncomfortable I was because of the people that work here. DO NOT GO HERE!
What an amazing experience! I just moved to this end of town and was looking for a new place to get my nails done. I popped in before meeting a friend for lunch! Omg, Annie was amazing, she's fast kind and oh so talented. I showed her an idea and she "nailed it"! Everything from the design to the shape to the length!! See you soon
I visited this salon after a few years. They have updated their facilities and everyone was so kind. Michelle was my technician and did an amazing job!
I walked into nail spa and was immediately greeted by Cindy. It appeared to be very clean inside. Fortunately, they weren't busy and she was able to give me a much needed manicure. Cindy did a GREAT job. She was very meticulous and made sure each nail was perfect! I will definitely return and strongly recommend Nail Spa to others.
Pedi experience I wanted a pedicure and didn't have an appointment but I stopped in to Nail Spa and was greeted by Cindy. I got there 30 minutes before they closed and she was eager and happy to help me! From start to finish I received great service, was given a bottle of lotion as a holiday gift, and received a fantastic leg massage! Cindy took her time and even stayed open a bit late to finish my pedi. Dip Nails experience First off, as you can see in the before photo, I have a embarrassingly bad finger Nail-biting habit (please don't judge). It can be very embarrassing when I get my nails done. I've had horrible experiences where the tech talks about how bad my nails are. But Cindy was so kind and made me feel comfortable, so I planned an appointment to come back in a few weeks to get my nails done for the holiday! I saw Cindy two weeks later to get my nails done, she worked her MAGIC and gave me an incredible dip full set, I've never had dip nails and I loved them! Repeat Customer now!! A small group of us are visiting Cindy and Nail Spa again today to get pedis and another full set for an upcoming vacation! I love that the salon is not as busy as others in the area, has affordable prices, and very friendly staff! Thanks Cindy, Nail Spa team!
