Before we entered we read the Sign it says Monday they closed at 8pm. We got here at 6:44. There was a lady sitting down she moved to the next chair so me & my son could sit down. My son sat down I remained standing coz of my medical condition. They just looked at us real quick then they continued on what they're doing Nobody greeted us. After standing for a minute, I finally came to the lady doing pedicure. I asked her if they have to do a haircut? One lady said that we have to wait a little bit. I replied: okay. Then another lady said she got no time that we have to come back on Wednesday. Coz tonight they closed at 7pm. I don't think I will ever come back here ever again. We just needed to come by real quick coz we have to go to AT&T & Panda Express thinking since there's a haircut place.
I love their service, they are fast and they always listen to my preference and go above and beyond. I have been coming here for a year and I never had an issue. Price is fair compared to other Bay Area prices. The lady who did my feet massaged pretty well. Just communicate to them how you really want your nails and they do it. Usually when I go here, my nails last long.
Been coming here for years and just recently started getting face waxes. They shape my eyebrows and was my whole face. As a result my hair has been growing in thinner. I have a few stragglers but as time goes by it comes in further apart. They wax in a private room and prep with alcohol and powder. The was is lukewarm and comfy to the touch. Of course the fabric pull can be surprising your first time but you get use to it. My niece comes here too and loves it.
This review is for a haircut with Teresa who used to own Teresa's Salon on Senter! I texted her for an appointment and she was very responsive. I got my hair trimmed and was in and out of the salon within 30 mins. $25 for women's cut and no wash. It's so rare to find a good haircut that's affordable nowadays - Teresa is a gem!
Denise does good nails but what would made it 5 stars is that I don't get that nice hand or foot massage that come with nails or else I would rate more stars.
