It 2:00 pm Mothers day weekend and there is only one worker in the whole nail. Lunch is over with so why is there 1 person working. I ask is someone else coming in later and she said not until 4pm. That is sad I will have to wait almost 1hour and 30 minutes before I can get service. I don't mind waiting 40 minutes but almost 2 hours. That's a no for me.
Just had the worst pricey pedicure I have ever had. They give subpar work and charge upscale prices..Older lady started my pedicure and rushed it to get done. Who puts nail polish on unclean nails??? She had just filed my nail bed to add gel polish but failed to clean the nail.. an older guy came to clean up her mess and yanked and pulled and tugged my toes to no end.. only to charge me $55 for a half done gel pedicure.. don't waste your time here.. if you're gonna pay for upscale.. choose an upscale nail salon!
I walked in and signed in. No one greeted me but I just assumed it was because they were busy. An older white lady walked in a minute later and it was immediately "Hi how are you/what are you getting today ". Baby, my money is as green as anybody else's, but that's fine I'll spend it elsewhere.
Two of my daughters and both of my nieces came here and all of them got acrylics. One of my daughters and another one my nieces got medium length coffin nails. My daughter nails came off days after and my niece nails came off a few days after my daughters. One of the employees asked my niece if she speaker English and i think that is very rude. I would not recommend this nail shop AT ALL! If you are thinking about a nails shop to go to, i would not recommend this place. Nails Palace is not a "Palace" at all!!!!!!
THIS PLACE IS THE WORST!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!! My daughter got her nails done Saturday and the very next day two nails were broken. We went back the next day to address our concerns. The shop was empty...of course, we explained the situation to the 3 ladies present. I will say two of the ladies were nice but one was very rude and insensitive. She said it was her fault and she had to pay. I also explained that this was not the first time this happen and her friends nails brobut too. Coincidence I think not. After a few more words were exchanged we left. Avoid this place, there is nothing "palace" about it.
