NAIL PALACE & SPA in Sanford, NC

My daughter has been a customer of "one of the best"(as stated by management) nail techs for over 3 years. Despite rising prices her quality has always been on point so she continued to use her. Tonight she went in for her senior prom nails and was very disappointed in the quality. During the first service she mentioned she didn't like the thickness but was told it would mess up the set if she corrected it. Almost immediately my daughter went back in to ask that they be fixed. She was charged again full price. As a stylist, if I provide a service that is not quality and my customer requests I make it right, it is done at no cost because the mistake was mine. The manager stated the issue was not her tech, but that my daughter just did not know what she wanted. Notice to all, be cautious sending your teenage daughters in alone because there is a good chance they will be taken advantage of! Pic provided..if this is the quality the "best nail tech" is providing in a salon...look elsewhere!

I have no idea what happened to this nail salon. My wife and kids been coming here for years. I have no idea if it's under new management or owners?
The place is poorly managed, wrong nail tech, language barrier, cleanliness and pricing.

Me and my family just recently moved to sanford and just found this place and thought it was amazing, at first me and my mom would consistently go together  and get our hands and feet done consistently by a husband and wife and they are alway so kinda and friendly until one day last week my mother went in to get a fill in and our usual was backed up so my mother decided to get a pedicure to kill time before her turn to get a fill in and she got someone different then our usual a younger man who from jump didn't want to do her nails and was extremely rude tans snarky with her from jump and she continued being kind even to his awful attitude and it caused a whole blow out argument with no owner or management intervening to stop the issue or find resolve with the terrible behavior of this employee until she told him not to do her nails if he is going to act that way and this all stemmed because he didn't want to do her nails and instead someone else. Highly disappointing

Used to be good; however lately service has definitely declined! 24 hours after my pedicure my nail has already chipped! They urge you to do gel polish, but then charge to remove it.

I came here for prom, and I got my nails done by Britney. I showed her my reference picture twice, and she did exactly what I wanted. Service was overall phenomenal, and my fullset was only $65. Not to mention, I actually got in a car crash and flipped my car three times and my nails stayed in tact. 10/10 recommendation.
