I went to get my nails done there. I told them exactly what I wanted and they kept trying to pressure me into other services. They cut my cuticles so far down that they bled. When they finished I had nail polish all over my hands, and when I asked them to take it off they rolled their eyes and got an attitude. They over charged me by $10. My nails look like a 5 year old did them. So overall I would not recommend using this place.
I recently visited this business and had always had good service, professional attitudes, clean instruments for the manicures and pedicures. However the technician reacted very unfavorably to me. When I told her she was getting too close to the bone on the side of my foot and to stop shaving off the skin, she hurriedly finished with me. Would not let me put on my sandals at the space--they were not busy, I was the only customer in the shop. When I stopped at the back to put on my shoes, she was ushering me out. she is Vietnamese and I don't know what the problem was. I paid my bill and tipped her 20% even with HORRIBLE service. I have never been so ill treated. I didn't insult her but just asked her to stop trimming my feet and to cut my nails shorter. I thought customers should be treated better.
