This was my first time going to this place. The nail tech was never very but the job was not the best. The most disturbing thing was how dirty the place was.
Originally went to another salon, when we got there.. only 3 workers were working with atleast 5 customers so we automatically knew the wait was gonna be LOONG ! So I started doing some research and calling and I came across Nail Luv Salon called them and they had no wait. Well I am absolutely satisfied and happy we went here !! Absolutely loved the guy who did my nails.. he was bringing on conversation the whole time doing my nails. Being funny , being nice and just making the process of doing my nails not awkward cause we all know those experiences where they do not talk the whole time and it is just awkward! They are newly renovated, those pedicure chairs are LOVE. The prices are not bad either ! If I could I would give them more than 5 stars !!
Really disappointed with my pedicure. So much so I wanted to get up mid pedicure and leave. I wouldn't bring my dog here to get her nails done.
Manicures and pedicures are very good. Technicians are friendly. Could improve their selection of nail polish.
Only giving two because of the guy who did my nails did a decent job, I didn't like the color so I got it taken off. The woman who did my feet right after was rough, barely filing my nails and rushing like crazy. (I was comparing her to the lady working next to us, who was taking her time with her customer and made sure her feet were taken very well care of) Also this was not my first time having her. She did the same when I had her before but it was after I paid my hard earn money so I couldn't mess up my nails. She told me I needed to hurry and pick a color so she can go to the next one( in an attitude of course!) I haven been back in a while but decided to go again. I was expecting a relaxing experience since I been up since 5 that morning, but they failed me again. Never again. Most of the staff if very friendly and have a good head throughout the day, but that lady is just the bad of the bunch. On top of that I left with no polish just to end of paying $50 for my nails to look like crap ! Straight highway robbery and unprofessional in there!
