I'm new to the south side and this is by far my favorite nail salon I've been to in years! T and Lenae are the absolute best!!! when it comes to customer service AND quality work, look no further! Definitely found my new nail home!
The woman was nice but it's incredibly slow here. The biggest issue is the man who did my nails literally was clipping my actual finger instead of my cuticles! I literally yelled in pain twice! Also, the price said $35 for gel mani but was charged a little more. I also have paint missing from some of my fingers on the side.
Me and my friend waited 3 hours and we got skipped over nice people. I find with waiting long hours but when you have a first come first serve feels bad when you get skipped. I wouldn't recommend. We came here because of they good rating and large amount of reviews so I see now that the rating needs to be dropped a bit to have a more realistic opinion on what service your going to get.
I was visiting from CA. I just got my nails done prior to the trip and broke one right at my nail bed. I was unsure if you could re do them. I did some research and compared a few places and gave Happy Nails a call. The nail tech Thanh was very informative and advised he could repair it so it won't keep hurting. He did a great job being cautious. I also picked out this design and he added a twist and made it better! All of the staff here are so intuitive and had great service overall! Will definitely be coming back when I am visiting again.
Such friendly staff and superb service! 10/10 already planning on going back! Pedicure chairs and tubs were clean, so were the manicure tables! Great music taste also, family friendly
