Nail Line in Sylacauga, AL

Poor service they started arguing while doing my nails and the nails were uneven and crooked and I got glitter instead of gems and the service just sucked

This is the second time I've been for a full set. The first time I asked for a full set and a pedicure and they just forgot about the full set, then told me to come back during the week when it wasn't as busy. But I had called ahead to see about both. It took me 3 weeks to get the time to come back and yesterday, Kacey was VERY uninterested in doing what I showed her two pictures of, to my nails. Rude is an understatement. Super simple. No art. Color and a specific shape. Asked to adjust the shape twice until I finally figured out she just wasn't going to do it. My nails are filed uneven. I have year 2000 fat square nails instead of a wide coffin.  I had to ask her to file the underside because they were SHARP. I had to ask 3 times to have my cuticles trimmed. $10 for 3 minutes of rushed and minimum effort work. It was a complete bother to her to even be there it seemed. Dirty acrylic liquid. Just an all around horrible experience that cost me $95. I tried to give them a second chance, but I won't be back. She acted like this was 15 minute oil change for nails. My nails are on the left, the right is the picture I showed her. Perfect for a "what I asked for, what I got" meme. I won't even go back to have them shaped right!

I wanted something not quite ombre, but a little on the clearer side & more skin toned. Almost clear but not clear lol, and I think this color is just that! "Hue" is the woman that picked it out for me. I love the color. She was gentle and took her time

It's was okay. I go here a lot but the past 4 times I have went it was not a good time. I asked for pink French and a red heart on one finger. My nails are ORANGE. Other than that and then not listing very well it was okay.

I've been to nail line a million times and NEVER had a problem with anything. the staff has always been extremely friendly. today, however i went to their new salon sylacauga nails (i couldn't find them on here but i know it's the same business) and was seated with Tony. i've had him once or twice before and had no issues. So i pick my nail shape and even though i like my nails short i know that certain nail shapes have to be a certain length or they can't attain the shape. So he goes to cut my nails and says "how long" i reply with "as short as you can do them to still keep the shape i picked". he proceeds to drop the nail clippers on the table, sit back in his chair, pull his glasses off of his face just to look at me like i'm an idiot and says "you can't have short nails with the shape you picked" in this irritated voice. it attracts the attention of my friend with me and all of the people around and was extremely rude and uncalled for when i was asking him to do it as short as he could. i didn't ask for them to be too short that he couldn't do the shape. he proceeded to do my nails and my eyebrows with no more rude comments and did a fine job. but there was no excuse for his disgustingly rude attitude towards me.
