This is a beautiful salon with somewhat decent pricing but the employees are passive aggressive..and the owner is always yelling at the employees. She could take them to the side and correct them, instead she yell right next to you while you're getting a manicure. Very Unprofessional.

I came here on a Sunday feb 25th for a pedicure I was super excited it was my first time here. The person I have was super lazy, attitude, water was cold vibe was off it was not a good experience. It was over quick me and my finance was here at the same time here lasted way longer I was sitting and waiting for an extra 15/20 mins. Only thing that was good was the Mimosa. The lady had on a grey sweat suit and white Nike dcs, glasses. Worst ever. Hydi does amazing with eyebrows. If I can give zero stars I would.

Moved to VB in Oct 2023 and finding a lash artist gives me anxiety anytime I move. I don't treat myself with too much as far as personal care so lashes are my thing. After 3 tries I found someone who understands my wants and needs with my lashes! The last person was great but had raised their prices this year and didn't receive the desired look I wanted and was used to. The owner Ivy is amazing and the salon overall is a giant pamper yoself venue! Nails... wax ... lashes... brows ... one stop shop! I have very sparse lashes that were ruined a few months ago by a terrible lash artist and Ivy was able to fill them up for a true GLAM look! More affordable than the ones I've tried before for the quality of work.

Finally found my place . I've been looking for a good nail salon since I moved back to Va . I've been twice so far . Love the vibes , got offered drinks and they play great music . The first time I booked through the website and when I arrived the staff verified my appointment and clarified some questions I had . I was on vacation from work and got a design for the first time . Zy did a great job and explained gel x to me since it was my first time getting it . The second time was a walk in with a friend . We were seated pretty fast which I didn't expect . I got my nails shorter , fixed a couple that broke and color change with Zy again. My friend got a mani and dip power which she loved . I want to thank Zy for being patient since I'm bad at relaxing my hand , she's amazing . Any way, can't wait to come back for my pedi.

I decided to book with Ivy Glam after seeing Stormy Blue's TikTok video on this location. Stormy reviewed her deep French pedicure but I booked a medium full set with gel to test the waters. We all know a good nail artist is hard to find. After reviewing some videos of their current nail artist I booked with Stephanie. Her work was beautiful and you could tell she took pride in her work. I booked my appointment online and appreciated being able to see the cost for everything including add ons (nail art, length, style) , I chose the Full set at $50 + $5 for medium length. There is also an option to add your inspiration pic. I added two. I received about 3 emails and 2 text leading up to my appointment I booked only 48hrs out. This is great for people who sometimes forget their appointments. For me it was a bit over kill. But ya know.. I get it. 30 mins before my appointment I received a confirmation call. I mean I am a new client so I understand time is money and the technician definitely doesn't want to get stood up. I arrived 10 mins early, greeted by the receptionist I was told I could head back to Stephanie's table, with little direction to where that table was. So I circled back to ask her. She promptly took me back, and Stephanie immediately asked me if I knew what I was getting. I thought, well yes I do and I definitely sent my inspiration photo so I thought Stephanie would too. That's okay I had my picture on deck. Low quality photo and all. Stephanie executed my full set with confidence, professionalism and some great technique. We chatted just a bit and I loved her chill vibe. The shop itself is comfortable, well lit and complimented by a pretty good playlist. I was happy with my service but ended up paying $65 instead of $55. I guess my nails were considered long. Although I paid $10 more than what I expected/booked. I feel the service was totally worth it. Stephanie used my inspiration post to create a simple nude set that fit my vibe and skin tone. I'd book again!
