This has to be one of the best nail salons I have been to! It was amazing  I got a dip mani for the first time and I loved it! The nail techs were so ready to help their customers and you could tell they aimed to please ! I would highly recommend  but you better make an appointment  bc everyone else knows how great they are too they were packed!

Well, I agree with the last review, the place IS CRAMPED.  It did not seem like the nail techs used sterile equipment.  But, they are always VERY BUSY, indicating lots of people do like the place.  The nail designs they do are nice.  However, they use sharp tools, experience high volumes of barefoot customers, and clean under nails which are very dirty-- so I give a 2 d/t general cleanliness.

I was excited because this was one of the few places open on a Sunday, however, here we are two days later and I woke up in the middle of the night with throbbing pain. The pedicurist cut way too far down my big toenail and now it hurts to even walk on. I'm sure it'll go away in a few days, but now I can't even think of anything else. There is visibly swollen skin next to the nail. On the inside, this place is cramped and doesn't look clean like most places in the area, should have been my cue to turn around.... the only good thing I can say would be that the women workers were nice and the man seemed to know his repeat customers and they were thoroughly enjoying themselves. I'm pretty sure this is my first one star review ever, so I do mean it when I would suggest driving elsewhere. I'm not a fan of losing sleep, especially when there was absolutely nothing wrong with my toes before this!

Please don't ever go to Nail Design to get your nails done. Today I had the worst experience there. I went in for shellac and chose the marble polish. The salon was very busy so the lady rushed me to pick a color and literally did my nails in less than 5 minutes and was very rough. She got the base coat of polish on my skin and I told her it was burning when I placed my hands under the LED light. When they were done, my nails were completely uneven and did NOT look like what I asked for. I nicely asked one of the guys to fix it for me because it wasn't what I asked for. He apologized and offered to fix them and starting filing them down when the original lady who did them began yelling at him and told him to stop. She then began yelling at me and told me it would cost $10 for the shellac she already did, $10 to file the color off, and $20 if I wanted them dipped instead of shellac. I politely told her I just wanted them taken off. She yelled at me some more before taking my $10 and did not remove the shellac. The salon full of customers had to sit there and witness the entire scene. I've never seen someone be so rude to customers before. I left the salon with half of my nails filed down and the rest just left on. Worst experience of my life!! NEVER GO THERE!!!
