It's not terrible but it definitely wouldn't be my first choice. I'm not from the area I stopped in yesterday because I was in town, I'd prefer to stick with my favorite nail place in Syracuse but because of being in Waterloo I took my pick off google for a nail salon. Two of the ones with the best reviews were closed, the other ones had terrible reviews and the work I saw in photos were mediocre. I looked this place up it was close so it was convenient, walking in the place looks a little run down. The nail glue burned the ever living f*ck out of my nails. The drill was used on my natural nail and shaved down to the last layer, and it wasn't exactly sanitary in there. New tools weren't being used either. I showed a picture of what I wanted and what I got was far from it. They weren't exactly helpful either. I got home and had to clean the nail polish that was all messed up due to rushed application. The shape is really bothering me, like REALLY bothering me. I just wanted regular nice slim square nails but my nails are bulky instead. I tried to file them on my own to fix it but honestly there's not much to do for it.. I will be going to my nail salon to see what can be done for my nails to look how I expected them to.. You get what you pay for here. :(

This place is amazing! I went to 520 nails down the road and the guy pretty much botched my nails. Did not even listen to what I wanted. I then went to Nail Creations and OMG he did an amazing job! I went in and showed him my nails and he was like "what the hell?" he fixed them and they looked amazing! Definitely going back and bringing friends!
As of Oct 7,2010 Nail Creations does not honoring gift certificates. DO NOT purchase a gift certificate with them, as they will not honor it. I have lodged a complaint with the BBB about Nail Creations. I would find a different nail salon
