I came in on a Sunday for a walk in appointment as soon as they opened. I got taken care of right away for a manicure. The place is incredibly clean and very spacious which I love. The atmosphere is cozy and upscale. I have had mixed experiences here depending on who is doing my nails. Please note, tip in cash they do not do tips via card payments.

I moved to the area from Alaska 5 years ago and my aunt introduced me to this salon. I have never left unhappy and the acrylics last for a long time. They are sweet, talented, and welcoming. I even had my wedding nails done here. Highly recommend!
One star for cleanliness. One star for service. One star for technique. -1 star for price (way too high). -1 star for the fact they only have gel polish. No regular polish and no one said anything before the service started. The manager needs to reconsider menu pricing and offerings.
I am beyond disappointed! I have gone to this location about four times. With this location being as expensive as it is, I expect a higher quality of nails. The pedicures are so overpriced. When I weny on Monday I came in. I got a fill which I'm disappointed about. The color is not done properly. My real fingernails are completely lifted underneath. Then the pedicure , I work in a hospital 80 hr weeks I was exhausted. This was my first day off so I was falling asleep entire time. I did not look at it one time I know I kept pulling away because of the pain when I got home and took a shower that's when I realized how cancel my toes were and I looked down and I cried even after hours more than I thought it was weird coupon for the next visit. I paid $120 for fingernails that underneath are already lifting and my toes are going to take over a month maybe longer to grow back. I want my money back I am kiss in here are the pictures, and this is after I wiped most of the blood away. my toes did not look like the toenails are supposed to be squared that's how I came in the shop not like this this is ridiculous. I want my money back I would like management to contact me and at least give me my money for the pedicure that I spent that now I have to worry about infection. I soak my toes and alcohol after this causing extreme pain do not go to this place do not.
