This is always my go to place for a full set. Their acrylic doesn't lift and the shapes are always on point. The only time I'll go somewhere else is if I really want a special design because I've decided that theyd rather do solid colors or basic designs. I wish they had more glitter or accent/special colors available. The owners are both amazing.
I went to this location the day before christmas eve and my nails are already rising and chipping. This is a natural gel set on my real nails. i do not recommend.
This nail salon was doing pretty well. Until while I was waiting one of the employees had her child running around climbing on guests. Then when the lady had the electric file doing my nails she cut my finger open. I will never be returning here. You should not have your children doing this or be that bad at your job to have cut open my finger.
I originally paid 37 a week ago, due to the negligence of nail club my real nails cracked, chipped, and even the polish was bulky and gray. Upon me returning showing them there work they agreed my nails show have not looked like they did the repair. I'm charged 53 bucks and loss about two hours of my precious time for them to redo their services. To make it worst they thought they were giving me a deal.
I wrote this post because I want to expose their bad businesses practices. You don't ruin a women's real nails, and then make her pay to correct the mistake made at your shop. Knowing these nail techs for as long as I have I couldn't believe they handle me that way. This shows They do not value their customers. The owner just had a baby, but she'll lose her business letting that man run her shop. As for me, it is too many shops in Fayetteville for me to ever go back!!!!!!!!
