I've been going here for over 6 months, ignoring rude behavior due to the convenient location but after yesterday I'm done and so are my friends. I was told I should come in every 2 to 2 1/2 weeks for a dip (over $60 with tip and they should last at least 3 weeks) so my nails don't crack and the nail tech yelled at me for having tense fingers and actually slapped my thumb. I was dumbfounded. Absolutely not acceptable behavior or customer service. Also they have told my friends and me they don't take appointments, but as I'm sitting there I hear them take calls for certain people and say, "how does 11 sound?" Good bye. I'm taking my business elsewhere.
Meh... went in with others for mani pedis and would say it was low end to mediocre at best, and probably overpriced for that reason. They didn't offer specific services like standard or deluxe, the color options were very limited, and the salon overall was ok. I went for a light color polish and when I asked her to add another coat she acted like it was an inconvenience. Would go again if I was in a pinch but not on the top of my list.... still on the search for the best salon in North Canton.
truly the worst manicure i've ever gotten. manicurist was extremely rude. gel polish chipping off less than two days later. unclear pricing.
best dip nails I ever had! service was friendly and attentive. salon is very clean. lots of choices for color and services and plenty of staff on hand so there was not a wait. extra time was taken to make my dip nails look thin and natural!
The wait to begin is bad enough...once I got my nails finished this gave me a poor matte finish that began wearing off before I even left the building. The color was incorrect and the shape was anything except consistent Wont be coming back and definitely not recommending. Save your money.
