Nail Club & Spa in Lampasas, TX

I sat there for 35 minutes and then someone came in for an appointment so they took her first even though she was 20 minutes early. I waited for 5 minutes more and decided to leave. They did not even speak to me when I entered the business. Very frustrating experience. The lady that came in after me also left when I did. She was not happy either. She told me about another place down the street so I went there and they took me right in and they were busier. They also spoke to me upon entering there establishment. I will never go back to this place or recommend it to anyone else.

I needed to get a fill while on vacation and went to this salon as it was easy to find, near Walmart. It's a nice big salon with at least 8 nail stations and as many pedicure chairs. I was able to get the same type of product (colored acrylic powder) in the exact color I had on, so I didn't have to change colors. Tina did an excellent job! I was very happy with my nails when I left. I would definitely recommend this shop and plan to return for a pedicure before I leave town.

Horrible experience! Went in to get extended eyelashes, eyebrow wax and pink and white nail fill. First the eyelash extension, and this ruined the whole visit. The lady that did the lashes couldn't speak English but yet kept telling me to open and was forcing my eyelids open. Both eyes were severely burned. I kept telling her my eyes were on fire and she payed no mind to this and proceeded to wax my brows. By the time I came out of the room and could see the owner was very concerned about my eyes. I guess I didn't know how bad I looked because I could barely open my eyes. He started to do my nails and I had to stop him on several occasions to blow my nose and wipe my eyes as they were tearing so badly. By the time we were done my eyes were burning so badly, I told them I was gonna go to the medical clinic to get my eyes checked out. One of the other employees offered to drive me due to I couldn't see well enough to drive myself. So we went over there and they were closed already so I had her drive me to ER. Needless to say, the docs confirmed my eyes were both severely burned and wrote me prescriptions for both pain and antibiotic drops for my eyes. The owner offered to pay my medical bills from ER, but it is too soon to say if he really does. When done with ER I was taken back to the salon to pay my bill for services. No, I wasn't charged for the eyelashes or the wax, but was still charged for my nails. I'm angry for being charged especially since it was out of my pocket for the meds and witnessed him using an old finishing file on my nails. I saw these should always be new on the news. Not to mention the week of pain I have lived in. I will be consulting an attorney on this issue. Do not go there!

I used to love going here but this past friday i had the worst expierence ever! Got a pedicure and the lady cut a peice of my nail from the side of my toes and dug it out my toe bleed snd i kept to myslef. My toe is still throbbing and it is sunday morning and she did not give a very good pedicure. yes the paint job and design are cute but she applied zero pressure when rubbing and was rushing through it. Then she took me to the back waxed my eye brows and like i saidnits sunday morning and my eyebrows are still red blotchy and itch like crazy that had never happened before. And when I told them i would also like to get a manicure set i was told i would have to sit and wait (all techs were busy doing pedicures) and she went to helping someone else. Noe that i think of it. I should hve complained and shoild not have tipped. And now im angry that I look like my eyebrows have a disease and my toe is sore and throbbing. I'll never go back all it takes is one bad expierence.

I called a day ahead to set up an appointment but when I arrived, I was nowhere in the system. Luckily, I didn't have to wait long for a tech. My tech was the owner and I felt he could have done a better job. He worked quickly and didn't want to talk much. I understand some people aren't chatty but it was a bit of a drag. My mom went with me and had another tech by the name of Tony. He did an amazing job and was such a joy to be around. I don't get my nails done often but I might make it a monthly thing if I can support such an amazing person. For him alone, I gave this salon 4 stars. They have a great tech on staff. I definitely recommend him (Tony) for anyone who wants someone who takes pride in his work.
