Would give a zero but you have to put something down.
"Nail Care", let's try your basic Customer Service first which is ZERO. They took a 7pm appointment. We arrived and there was a man sitting playing a game on his tablet combined with a bad attitude to start with. Once started he began to yank on my wife's arm plus then burnt her fingers. This man kept playing his game. My wife asked if he was going to play his game or do her nails. He then refuses to do them. Don't ever go this place. My wife has had her nails done for over 40 years and she never has been treated this way anywhere. Apparently in other reviews here we missed those bad ones. Our review now adds to that list of horrible service.

My nails have really really never been better. Spending money on my nail needs here is so so worth it. Y'all are so friendly and down to earth!

This joint is horrendous went to get my nails done and they look nothing like what I asked for. Paid 50 bucks for these people to screw up my nails and now I have to remove them because they look so bad. The nails are uneven and lumpy. I asked for a matte light pink and they did a glossy hot pink. Do not go here unless you want to look like a clown.
