David does my nails and have done them for years. With so many nail salons nearby this one is for me... everyone is friendly and it's relaxing and clean. They have TVs none of the soothing music some have but that's ok your acrylics will last and you will be please with the quality of products used.

HORRIBLE service. I walked in today wanting to try a new place and was met with a rude and unwelcoming lady. They tell me to sit before I even can pick a color. When I ask to see two different powdered colors she acted as if it were a burden. I tell her I was just wanting an overlay fill. She proceeds to roughly file my nails down, but does a poor job. She rushed to apply the powder carelessly and left it to where you can literally see the white (prior color I had from last nail fill) under the new color I got. She started to throw things around the table with attitude when I expressed I wasn't happy. She proceeded to say "I'm not done". She finishes and when it's time to pay she charged me $60 for a full set. when I asked how it can be that much for a fill she said it's cause the color change, the file down, and for her removing the prior color (when she didn't). Place is a joke. Don't waste your money and go somewhere else.

I sat down with one lady and they had me move around three times to different people who were just walking in to start their work day. Unprofessional. Never have I ever tried dip and I don't believe I would again. Either my nails refuse to fuse or the nail tech's technique was off. The nail tech also filed my nails crooked and down to the skin where I now have blisters (I pulled my hands back from her twice!). When I got home, I noticed that they began to peel off and break. A $66.00 refund is what I need.

Be careful with some of the technicians over there. My daughter only had a nail polish change on her hands and feet on her natural nails (not even acrylic) and I was charged $111.50. I thought that was high but I was in rush and didn't think about it. Once home, I thought about it and realized I was overcharged. went back there to show my bank statement and told them the situation, they didn't listen to me. they didn't believe me and I didn't have the right receipt at the time. i was told that I had to bring the right receipt. Unfortunately, I went home to look for it and couldn't find it. The next day I called to speak to the manager to explain the situation and get my money back, but they were very dismissive and disrespectful and never gave me the opportunity to speak to a manager. The lady on the phone even hung up on me stated that she was busy. I was so mad. I even thought of suing. Please, please be careful with this shop and always double check the charges. I'm so disgusted by what happened to me. I have been doing my nails for more than 25 years and never had a problem like that. Hope that can help someone else

Service is decent and efficient, which is why I return. I go there to save time, with the full understanding of the environment. If you are expecting a customer-focused, professional environment, this place will frustrate you. They are not unkind. Customers are just NOT valued. A customer is not seen as people who deserve the full attention and courtesy of service providers. Your hands are $$$. Your service is treated like something to do while employees carry on with each other...NONSTOP. Your technician being interrupted by coworkers is NORMAL practice. "Who cares?" My tech was physically interrupted at least three times during my 45-minute appointment. "Why focus on the customer when a coworker wants to show you pictures?" Another tech came over and leaned against the workstation just to talk. "Don't mind me, I'm just an observant, paying customer." Then the older male coworker returns from somewhere and comes over to command attention. "I, the customer, am completely invisible." The rest of my time receiving service, I tuned into the prolonged conversation my tech was having with the one seated next to her. I watched as that provider also completely ignored her customer. Perhaps the two felt excluded from the loud, lively gaggle of employees gathered in the middle of the store--toward whom they constantly gazed. It was quite fascinating to observe, actually. They are not mean people. Clearly they do not serve a client base that demands much more. I was there, after all, and not for long. I am just a customer, and also a generous tipper. But I do appreciate being acknowledged as a client and respected as human being, whether I'm paying or not. Just sayin...
