Clean! Friendly! And the best mani/pedi I have ever had!!  I have found my salon!!!

If I could rate it lower I would. I stopped in this afternoon ( not busy) for a pedicure l chose the "level" I wanted and a young man came out of the back and began to ask the normal questions if I wanted my nails cut or not. soaking tub was filled with water and nothing else! I chose the middle level which included milk and honey soak nothing. This guy was obviously not sure what he was doing and didn't speak a word of English. I speak up and ask the owner my questions and concerns because I firmly believe in giving people a chance to correct and address customer concerns, after all if you let them know good business Practice would be to keep customers. Nothing was done to correct or appease me, another older gentleman employee came and asked me if it was  and I again stated no at this point they just began speaking in their native language and laughing, I can only assume it was about me, RUDE AF! I went to get a relaxing pedicure to end a rough week and transition into a better weekend and was extremely disappointed and frustrated. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ATTHIS SALON!!!!!

My mother was there to get a pedicure for her birthday. The man was rushing and when my mother asked where the other components were the man said he didn't have time as he had to go pick up kids and they were short staffed. Scrubbed her legs with scrub and splashed water on them. After she asked he put hot stones rubbed from knee to ankle with no lotion or oil one time then painted nails. Told her next time he would do what she wanted- all she wanted was the pedicure components she ordered but he said he would not do the pedicure she requested. That's also after not letting her get the gel color because the glitter would take too much time. We have used them for years and never again.

I got my nails done yesterday. I asked for gel French tip. The technician only put one layer of the base before continuing to paint half my nails white and the remove for the "French look" giving it a somewhat sloppy appearance. My nails are naturally weak but I know that gel hardens your nails the same as dip. I called to ask them to fix it and when I got in they told me that it is just nail polish and not supposed to strengthen my nails. The options then were to just wait a week and come back or pay to get the dip done but would not fix the problem. I've had my nails done enough that gel shouldn't be weak with your nail. Will not be back
