Nail Art Unlimited in Amherst, NY

My first time at Nail Art Unlimited. I walked in and was greeted by a nice aroma and a "welcome in!" I'm not a huge nail girlie, if I get them done once a year, that's a lot lol. I felt so taken care of. I opted for the mani pedi with gel polish for both and I love the color! My manicurist took great care of me and conversed with me too. I will be back for sure!

First of all, the people are very friendly and dedicated to their work. As a man who enjoys a good pedicure, I am always pleased by the work that they do. I would highly encourage anyone to use their services.

THE WORST NAIL SALON EVER. I called and asked if I can come for a gel pedicure the woman on the phone told me to come at 5:30. I came in at 5:25 and nobody greets you at the door. You have to walk to the ladies and tell them you have an appointment. After telling them they say "ok" and ignore you. You have to make your way back to the front and take a seat. I waited an ENTIRE hour until they seated me. An hour is ridiculous especially because they told me to come in at a specific time... I have an appointment. Two women walked in that they know and they were greeted and seated immediately. After finally getting seated I asked how much longer until someone starts with me because the woman who seated me left a customer just to seat me. She said she's finishing up with it her customer and will start in two minutes. Not only was that already a terrible experience, she messed my nails up!! I had acrylic on my toes that needed to soak off. They were also grown out and very long. I asked her to cut them down a little and she cut them so short it it almost hurt. My toe nails are short slanted and round... I came in with long square toe nails. I saw her cut down my big toe and she yanked it causing the side to rip. She tried to blame the acrylic and how it broke. I literally watched her be aggressive with my toes and purposely rip the side off. At this point I asked to leave and I didn't want her to continue. She did remove acrylic off my toes so it was $10 but she charged me $40 because she gave me a "pedicure". I don't understand why they're so busy because they definitely don't deserve it.

Decent service but takes forever had a full appointment at 2pm and wasn't seen till 3:30- super aggravating if you have plans

Great service! Suu and May are superb nail technicians. I have never walked out disappointed m! the salon is very popular so an appointment guarantees your spot, walk ins always welcome but you'll have to wait. Jll J
