Very friendly and great inexpensive hair cuts - really treated my elderly father with kindness.

Here I thought the pandemic had caused the same problems everywhere, but it turns out not every salon chain location is understaffed and falling apart. I had a bad experience at Supercuts and came here to have my hair fixed. I walked in and was seen right away, everything was clean and in good repair, there were enough staff to answer the phone etc. I was happy with the repair job Katie did to my hair and comfortable during my cut. She was knowledgeable and experienced, able to discuss my face shape and the type of very short cut I have, and how to cut it in the future to grow it out nicely. I am glad I tried a new place - I'm no longer a Supercuts customer, and will definitely come back to this Great Clips

I had never had any setbacks in great clip !!! But yesterday I did my online check in, I arrived at 15 minutes and I saw that people who arrived after me were attending !!! If I don't remind you that I was there, maybe they would never have my hair cut

I recently took an older, pleasant disabled companion here to get his hair cut. Two women were working: one was old with gray hair that looked like it could use a haircut. The other stylist was young with an updo hairstyle, and she was wearing a fuchsia top. Both were busy with customers, so we waited and waited. "Ms. Updo" finished first and then proceeded to keep us waiting while she went to the back and signed in some other customers who were waiting. She then proceeded to chat away with the other stylist while we waited. It was pretty obvious that "Ms. Updo" didn't want to cut my disabled companion's hair and was doing anything to avoid doing so. Finally the "old woman" finished with her customer. The two stylists chatted away, continuing to keep us waiting. Given the first-come, first-serve nature of the salon, "Ms. Updo" should have been the stylist to cut my companion's hair, but that's not what happened. Instead, the older stylist finally came over to us and said she'd be the one cutting his hair. When I pointed out the obvious discrimination on the part of "Ms. Updo," the older stylist said, "I'm sorry you feel uncomfortable." Yeah, right. Who wouldn't feel "uncomfortable" if they witnessed such disrespect towards a disabled companion? We left without using their services and my impression was that both stylists were relieved to not have to cut an older disabled man's hair. Btw: This particular location is owned by Ed Kilgore (former WGRZ sportscaster + Pegula VP) and his wife. I hope the Kilgores will consider hiring staff that treat disabled people with more respect.

This is my usual haunt because of its location near a liquor store and a CVS. I love the Great Clips reservation app since it gives you an idea if there's a lot of people waiting. The stylists know me and my family, so that also helps make for a fast, efficient buzz.
