Thanks alot the team there they were really profetional on taking care my moms nails not only that the minute we got there they were profetional and great me with a smile. Thank you so much again it was a great experience going there

Disappointed... I had been going to this salon for over a year and I loved it. BUT I will no longer be going. One of the staff there did a bad job on my dip powder nails and they started chipping and breaking off not even a week after. I went in to get it fixed and I was nice enough to just tell them to fix only the gel nail polish that was chipped and it was fine that one of the nails was cracked from the bottom. The manager even offered to put glue on it so it wouldn't crack any further. A few days later my dipped powder nails started falling off like press on nails one by one. I could not make it to the salon until a week after that because I had been busy but I called the manager to let her know what had happened. She told me to come in so when I finally went in to the salon she told me that it had already been two weeks since I had my nails done and it was time for a fill anyways so that's why they were falling!! I have done dipped nails before AND THEY NEVER FALL OFF!! They just couldn't own up that the staff who did my nails did them wrong. They told me that staff was the only one who could do my nails but that he did not want to do them (which obviously I didn't want him to them either since he did them wrong in the first place) AND that I needed to come back the next day if I needed them fixed. I told them no thank you and left.

I'm new to the area and had been to several other nail salons before finding this one. The staff is friendly and they have all given both me and my daughter quality manicures and pedicures. I drive across town to specifically come here. The place these other reviews is just not the experience I have had, and I've come 5 or 6 times in the past 4 months.

Giving this place 1 star only because the staff was pleasant. Got a gel mani and pedi, and the pedi seems to be ok, but 2 days after the appt the mani gel polish started cracking, lifting from the edges and peeling off. I'm on day 5 now, and 3 nails have peeled up and right off the nail. Gel is supposed to be hard and require a little grinder to get off, this just popped off like it was plastic, nail still intact. 1 more is about ready to lift from the edge and pop off. Needless to say, I won't be going back here and you probably should avoid the hassle and waste of money. Most places tell you how to use the chair or turn on the massage, offer you a beverage, etc. I had to ask if the displayed water and soft drinks were for sale and then I was offered one. They need to improve their customer service/experience and use better products.

WORST NAIL SHOP IVE EVER BEEN TOO.... Not worth the prices. They use cheap/ old polish and products. And NOTHING lasts.... I have been to this nail shop 3 times in total. The pedicures are decent. I'll attach photos of my nails so you can see what I mean. I drove here from Calistoga CA because this is one of the only nail places that offers poly gel. I got a fill at first. Which was shockingly expensive. It was 50$ just for a fill (the cost of a new set anywhere else) and additional $35 for gel pedi. The fill done by Hang the owner was horrible. My cuticle line was not clean. The painted red was not even. So I contacted her and she told me to come back for a fix. I decided to just change the polish color for the fix. Then about 2 1/2 weeks later my nails started just lifting and coming off. I HAVE NEVER HAD A POLY NAIL JUST FULLY POP OFF.... I went back today to have the remaining nails removed and a pedicure. I was charged a removal fee even though it was their work they were removing. And paid $55 for a pedi + removal and then manicure with clear polish. The owner then told me to please find another place.... Because it's not a good fit. Don't go here.... It's definitely not worth the hassle.
