I was there last week and got ANC. My nails started coming off after a week of getting them done because they made them to thick up top by my cuticle so it lifted my nails SO I had nicely called and asked them to fix them for me, they told me to come in they "would take care of them." I went in to have them taken off and got gel. As I'm about to leave they tell me I owe them 35$ for gel polish and nail removal. They could've at least done half off or some type of discount but to charge me 10$ for removal and 15$ for gel polish was NOT COOL !!! I was in and out of there 20 minutes . I thought they were gonna FIX my nails for me since it was there fault, the ANC only lasted a week. I will not be recommending this nail salon and I will make sure I let people know about there poor customer service. Don't waste your money !!!
Very rude and disrespectful! The women thought is was acceptable to tell my 11 year old daughter that she was too big and needed to go on a diet. Thankfully I was not present but did call and address this and the women handed the phone off refusing to apologize.
This is my favorite place to get my nails done! I've been to Rochester, NY, different parts of Florida, Cary, NC, Warrensburg, Queensbury, etc and not only are Jenny, Jack and crew friendly and actually talk to you, but they do an excellent job of putting on acrylic nails and polishing them beautifully. I've not had any breakage, chips or any other problems for the three + years I've been a client. I highly recommend Nail Art for manicures, pedicures and waxing! It's such a clean and friendly atmosphere!
I ALWAYS have the best experience here! The acrylics do not fall off. They do a great job, I have tried other places around the area and no one can compare. Jenny is my favorite nail technician and is very friendly. I have gotten all my friend addicted to coming here. I usually get regular polish and it doesn't chip or come off!
