I receive manicures & pedicures frequently. I came here with my mother for a mani pedi (regular) and first impressions of salon were typical for this price range. Unfortunately, I received a lackluster pedicure where she oddly tried to work on my feet before they even had a chance to be put in the water (weird and cold) followed by a manicure that lacked skill and care particularly when push back cuticles (no cuticle softener was used and she dug back my nail beds way too far) I gave this business a chance to make my experience right by calling and requesting a manager... I reached instead a woman who I told the nature of my complaint which was that the manicure left my cuticles shredded and peeling backwards painfully. I told her my pedicure was alright. I had to call back once more since a manager never responded and he was rude and combative when I explained what happened. He proceeded to tell me that this woman has many appointments and has been working for him for years. He said that they just do SUCH a thorough job "deeply cleaning the nail bed" and that this was normal. Not only was he condescending but he also insinuated that I would have to ask next time for them to push back less otherwise what do I expect?? I realize English is not these type of places first language but good business should be. My cuticles hurt and that ain't cute or what I paid for. Will never return.

save your money & go somewhere that treat their on going paying customers better. Somewhere that actually does a good job for the money you pay. The last 2 times my daughter & I went one of us left in tears. straight trash. I was angry at the way the girl just didn't care what they looked like and when you ask them to fix something they are rude about it and then start speaking in their language about you. I promise you'll thank me later, just save your money.

Drove 30 minutes for an appointment at 10:30am. After waiting for 45 minutes with no service, I had to leave. What's the point of making an appointment if you don't keep your appointment time? I understand running late a few minutes... but 45?! That's just disrespectful to your customer's time.

I got acrylic nails with gel polish, and I am very pleased. I usually don't ask for designs because I'm too nervous but I did today and she killed it! My nails are shown below. It was very busy though and the wait was long. The service was thankfully short. The workers were nice but not talkative, I'm fine with it and honestly prefer it. Overall, the salon has a very welcoming atmosphere.
