absolutely incredible! im not super chatty and came in with a specific design, not only did she replicate the design well, but she also matched my energy. the best nail experience i've had in awhile & i will absolutely be back (:

I had a terrible experience. I was overcharged for my half ass, messed up, lumpy ass nails. Phil is the only person I like there, but his new employee was not qualified enough. I was charged $55 dollars for my manicure, took my old acrylic off, didn't put any new ones on, and then charged me for acrylic?! I'm a reoccurring customer and I was not satisfied with my service. My full set was $80 but atp press one would have looked better.

I came to Nail Art with my sister who is a Muncie local and I was not impressed. We came into a salon that was packed with 20+ customers, many standing around waiting because the owner told them they would be right with them, and 4 nail techs. We waited for an hour until they started our nails. My sister's gel polish, full set and manicure turned out great and she paid $30. I got a gel pedicure and it was $50 but it was NOT worth that for me. Phil RUSHED through my pedicure. He did not properly cut my cuticles or my nails. I am not exaggerating when I say he took 5 seconds on each foot. He aggressively rushed through the leg massage, then painted my toes so sloppily to the point where the gel polish was on my skin.
This salon did not follow COVID-19 guidelines. I really should not have stayed and that part is on me. I didn't feel the environment was sanitary at all and the service poor.

Trina and Phil are the BEST nail techs in the area. A wonderfully clean environment, wonderful service, and a relaxing time. I always ask for Phil. He's easy to talk to and a wonderful tech. He makes my nails look beautiful every time! Highly highly recommend!!

I absolutely love Phil and Trina, they are super nice but their business etiquette and quality have gone downhill. In the past I have always loved their work. But they are not adhering to the New Covid 19 rules. I went there this past Friday and I had made an appointment at 3. I was supposed to have a manicure and pedicure done. They told me to go to the pedicure side and all of the chairs were full. I waited for over 30 minutes and finally a chair opened but I sat there for over an hour and a half. My chair went through 3 message cycles while I was waiting. They were taking every single person who walked in and did not have an appointment and those of us who did had a very high wait time. Then this older woman did my nails. She didn't even do the design I asked her and she charged me $65 for a new set of nails with horrible design. When all was said and done I paid $95 plus left $20 in tips.. which I've always been a good tipper. They did not practice social distancing and people were allowed to come in with no masks. And they were not doing these appointments on time. I spent 4 hours at their store! I also told the woman painting my nails I wanted the design on my big toe and she completely ignored me. After going to Nail Art since I moved here from Ohio  2 years ago, I will not be returning. They should have given me a discount for as long as I waited. Greed is a real thing. When you put greed and money over peoples health and you take Walk ins before scheduled appointments , I will have to take my business and money elsewhere.
