My service was amazing I just went in for my eyebrows because I wanted them done and this is my nail salon I love going to. Well I went to a different one they messed up my nails and they fixed my nails for me so never again will I betray my nail salon ever again I love nail art they are amazing. Their vibe is always so nice great attitude and work.
I love my girl Jin... she is sooo good at pedicures takes her time.... Does an amazing polish job. I'm so lucky to have found her. I also have a deformed nail a trumpet big toe nail that gets ingrown all the time.. Jin is the only Nail a tech I have found that can make it look normal and relieves the pressure from my ingrown. JIN your a Godsend thank you for having pride and passion in your work.
Came back later and got KICKED OUT I ASKED FOR AND REQUESTED A GEL PEDICURE.
I do not get that!!!! Only a pedicure no gel!!!!!!!

These are busy and over booked. I had made an appointment, arrive 5 minutes early and waited 20 minutes after my appointment to be seated. I definitely appreciate the tech helped me choose the best colors for my desired nail design. Once I was almost done and very few customers were left I noticed how dirty the establishment was. I will not be coming back here unless I see an improvement in the cleanliness. All that dead skin in the air and the dust debri caking on the machines. I think that cleanliness is a very important considering the type of establishment it is. Color and design was good.
I went to get my eyebrows and a pedicure done. The eyebrows were last minute and I just wanted a little clean up. So they took me to a room in the back and told me to lay down. The blanket that they had me lay on was FILTHY but I needed just something small so I decided to get them done anyways. I got them done they didn't hand me a mirror to look at them so I just looked at the mirror on the wall and thought they were fine since I couldn't see too well. Then I sit to get my pedicure wait a bit and eventually someone comes right after being with another client. I thought oh ok he'll use new clean tools. NO. He tried to use the same tools just rinsed off and I told him that I wasn't comfortable with that especially because the lady before me had a sore on her foot! So he said ok I'll use new ones after giving me attitude and a bit of nagging . The pedicure was fine. He gave me a massage on my calves and feet which I didn't expect and it was pretty good. I then leave and pay. And realize as we're in the car leaving that my eyebrows are COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. i have never had such a bad job done. They were completely different shapes, sizes and thickness. I was so upset because all I needed was a clean up and they didn't tell me anything and just let me walk out like that. Now I have an event tonight and leaving for a vacation in a few days and my eyebrows are absolutely ruined. Don't go to this place. It's dirty and they don't do their job correctly. I'm really upset and never want to go back.
