New owners, my nail lady I've been with for 4 years took over with her husband. My family goes to her and she brought in only the best with her to join the team. Defiantly try again if you had a bad experience previously.
I went in for a pedicure and they said for me to wait a minute...I politely say ok and wait a few minutes. The nail tech is working on one person. There's one nail tech and one woman getting a manicure in the entire place. She calls another woman and she doesn't answer. I got turned away and no one was there. I understand not having employees, etc. I politely said thank you, I'll spend my money elsewhere. I am really trying to find a decent nail salon, and I am having a terrible time not being turned away!!!!

I have been coming to this salon for years. It feels like coming to see family when I walk into the salon. Everyone greats me by name and asks how I am. Kim has been my amazing technician for years and I would not trust anyone else with my fingers and toes. She knows just how I like them done and always stands behind her work (even when it is clearly my fault when I break a nail). Everything is very clean and disinfected very well. They always have a very wide selection of colors for my dip nails. I would recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for a more personal atmosphere where everyone knows your name and you are not just a number on a sheet.
