Nail Art in Clarksville, TN

Beautiful job!!! Great prices and no long waiting times. Then owner is so sweet and gentle.

I'm fairly new in town and have been looking for "My" mail place. I believe I have found it. The ladies here could not have been any friendlier and they did an amazing job on my gel manicure and deluxe spa pedicure. The whole salon is very clean and they are taking every precaution to keep their customers safe from Covid. This will definitely be my new go to spot for nails.

I am disheartened about updating my review to a 1 star. I was a long time client here but noticed a increasing trend of poor customer service, high turnover of nail techs after "mom" went back to her home country. She was my nail tech for 5 years and amazing at what she did. After her departure from this salon, I was disappointed but I was open to other nail techs performing a pedicure.  

Being a mom, I went there for a relaxing experience but was more frustrated when I left due to miscommunication to what I wanted. My toes begin to hurt after the clean up , would have uneven nail length and snags on the edge.  I kept going back a couple times because I really liked the owner and I am loyal to almost a fault.

However my last pedicure with this salon confirmed my decision to find another. I had my daughter with me because she wanted to get a pedicure like mommy. It's a blessing that she was with me because her presence helped me control my anger.

They couldn't accommodate my daughter because she was too small. My daughter is 4. So she happily sat next to me while I received the worst pedicure in my life.  I always got their ultimate package when I went there. For 5 years, they performed the same procedure and it was the same price until this time. She left out 2 items that were in the package and when i inquired about it, she informed me it was extra. I looked at the package items and showed her that they were included and then said "I do it different". I'm down with a different sequence but it should include everything in the package. She was rough on my feet, unconcerned that I mentioned to be careful with digging too deep to shape the nail. Either she didn't care or she didn't understand due to the language barrier. It seemed like she was rushing, not paying attention to what she was doing and annoyed with me questioning her practices.
She kept saying "I do it different".

The owner was there, so I expressed my concerns with her and she talked to this woman. I give where credit is due but I also will not tolerate unprofessional demeanor and poor customer service either.

When I was done, I was sitting at the dryer and witnessed this same nail tech start on another woman's pedicure. I expected her to get a new autoclaved set of tools. She proceeded to use the same tools she used with me on a different person.
When i questioned her, she got defensive and argumentative. It's one thing to be unprofessional, but it's unacceptable to witness unsanitary practices. Peace out!

I just walked out of nail art. I walked in right at 9 when they opened. Asked how long of a wait for a pedicure and she said not long. So I picked a color, and was directed to sit in the chair in the back corner. After sitting there for 15 minutes the water was finally turned on. After waiting another 15 minutes I chose to leave. 30 minutes is much longer then not long. The ladies were rude. Never will I return!
